I started in television — learned to read people on live air. Then came aviation — where the cost of miscommunication is literally measured in flight altitude. Both worlds taught me one thing: most problems in organizations are problems in how people think and how they talk.

Today I work with C-level executives and their teams. I don't give advice on what to do — I help see why they do what they do, and what can be done about it. Gallup CliftonStrengths, Leadership Circle Profile, MBTI, COGNICOO's own assessment — these aren't a set of tests, they're languages we use to talk about what's hard to name.

I believe every person already came with a map. My job is to help read it.
